The evolution of occupational exposures may differentially affect men and women at work, in terms of health problems, due to different tasks division and working conditions. The main goal of this study was to analyze employee's perception about their job condition, trying to identify a possible correlation with worker's gender. Risk assessment was the first step in the study methodology, followed by employee's interviews and written forms filled in by supervisors as well employee's to determine their perception of risk exposure. The final step was the creation of a risk table, to analyze and discuss the results. One of the conclusions from this study was the fact that employees give too much emphasis, to their work stability regarding the labor contract, so taking in account all participants of this analysis are temporary labor, the main risk identified was - losing the job. By this, their worriedness for occupational risks is underestimated. Regarding employees gender exposition, there are different risks associated with men and women. Generally speaking, it was observed women end up performing more repetitive and monotonous tasks while men tasks are related with strength. In the real work conditions analyzed, women execute more sets of different tasks than men, meaning they are exposed to all kind of identified risks. As a direct relation of this, women have more diversified health problems, being at the same time, more complex to recognize.
