Os instrumentos de acesso à informação das instituições monásticas beneditinas : uma abordagem crítica

Abstract

Based on an analysis of the available published tools used to access information, this paper addresses the accuracy and reliability of such tools in what concerns the representation of information produced by Benedictine monastic institutions. A new approach is put forward based on a scientific-informational premise which we maintain should be applied to Archival Science, considered here as a branch of Information Science.
