| Abstract: | Floating floor, floating slab and double-floating systems, with different floorings, were tested using sublayers (and underlayers) of cork and rubber composites, combined or not, to develop a solution with optimized efficacy in reducing impact transmission noise. It was found that, regardless of the final covering, for floating floor and flooring slab, there is a specifically better sublayer, and that the most effective for sublayer floating slab is also the one that incorporates the most effective double-floating system. In addition, the double-floating system was revealed to be more effective than floating floor, but this was not always the case when compared to floating concrete floors. |
| Description: | Com o objectivo de desenvolver uma solução de desempenho optimizado a ruídos de percussão para diversos revestimentos finais, ensaiaram-se pavimentos, lajes flutuantes e sistemas duplo-flutuantes utilizando subcamadas de aglomerados compostos de cortiça e borracha reciclada, combinados ou não. Revelou-se que para qualquer revestimento final há, tanto para pavimento como laje flutuante, uma subcamada com destacada eficácia e aquela com maior eficácia em laje flutuante é igualmente a mais eficaz em sistema duplo-flutuante. Além disso, o sistema duplo-flutuante revelou ser mais eficaz que o pavimento flutuante, mas nem sempre isso acontece relativamente ao sistema de laje flutuante. |
