| Abstract: | This article aims to discuss and reflect the impact of the initiatives of rural promotion developed in recent years, in particular the small fairs and events associated with the icon "local products". Thus, through the examples of Souselo and Cinfães we will analyse the influence they have on the development of the regions and to which extent they contribute to a standardization of the development strategies of the rural world and for a time lag in relation to their differentiating values. |
