| Abstract: | As soon as I learnt about the possibility of doing an internship at Gondomar Sport Clube, the club where I work as a training coach, I tried to find out how I could be of most use to the club. As a result, and given my close relationship with the coordinators, they advised me to become responsible for the process of certifying the training organization, a demanding process, but one that is fundamental to the club's reputation. Taking on this challenge involves a huge amount of responsibility, given that since the 2021-22 season the club has managed to achieve four stars in the FPF's assessment. However, as soon as I started this process, I immediately identified the reasons why applications were being submitted so close to the deadline and why the process was becoming so stressful for those responsible for it. I found disorganized folders, unformatted and outdated documents, and expensive work being carried out by two people with numerous roles at the club, such as the training coordinators. So, my aim throughout this project was not only to ensure the continuity of the four-star rating, but also to demonstrate good process management so that in future certifications the task of those responsible for them would be made easier. |
| Description: | Assim que soube da possibilidade de estagiar no Gondomar Sport Clube, clube no qual exerço funções como treinador de formação, procurei saber de que forma poderia ser mais útil para o clube. Desta forma, e dada a minha relação próxima com os coordenadores, estes aconselharam-me a ficar responsável pelo processo de certificação da entidade formadora, processo exigente, mas fundamental para a reputação do clube. Assumir este desafio envolve uma enorme responsabilidade, visto que, desde a época 2021-22, o clube tem conseguido atingir as quatro estrelas na avaliação da Federação Portuguesa de Futebol. No entanto, assim que iniciei este processo, identifiquei, de imediato, as razões pelas quais as submissões das candidaturas eram enviadas tão perto do prazo limite e o processo se tornava tão stressante para os responsáveis pelo mesmo. Encontrei pastas desorganizadas, documentos desformatados e desatualizados, e um trabalho dispendioso a ser realizado por duas pessoas com inúmeras funções no clube, como é o caso dos coordenadores da formação. Assim, o meu objetivo ao longo deste projeto foi, além de garantir a continuidade das quatro estrelas de avaliação, demonstrar uma boa gestão de processos para que, em certificações futuras, a tarefa dos responsáveis por estas seja facilitada. |
