dc.description	O presente relatório de estágio tem como objetivo principal comparar o papel desempenhado por um team manager num clube de futebol, no contexto de formação, tomando como referência o estágio profissionalizante realizado no Sporting Clube de Braga, SAD, e estabelecendo uma análise comparativa com outros clubes a nível nacional e internacional. Pretende-se, com este estudo, identificar potenciais melhorias, para a realização desta análise, foi elaborada uma revisão da literatura científica relevante na área, complementada com entrevistas a outros team managers, de forma a aprofundar o entendimento sobre as funções características neste cargo. Posteriormente, a informação recolhida será submetida a uma análise através de uma metodologia qualitativa, com o intuito de fundamentar e propor medidas que possam ser implementadas no contexto prático.
dc.description.abstract	This thesis aims to compare the role of a team manager in a football club within the context of youth development, using the professional internship carried out at Sporting Clube de Braga, SAD, as a reference point and establishing a comparative analysis with other clubs at both national and international levels. The study seeks to identify potential improvements. To carry out this analysis, a review of relevant scientific literature in the field was conducted, complemented by interviews with other team managers to deepen the understanding of the key functions associated with this role. Subsequently, the collected information will be analyzed using a qualitative methodology, with the aim of substantiating and proposing measures that can be implemented in a practical context. Key-
