| Title: | Relatório De Estágio Profissionalizante Realizado Na Equipa De Basquetebol Sub18 B Masculinos Do Académico Futebol Clube, Na Época Desportiva 2023/2024 |

| Abstract: | This report describes the set of experiences lived throughout the professional internship carried out during the 2023/2024 season as head coach of the U18 B Men's basketball team at Académico Futebol Clube. This document also aims to guarantee the obtaining of the Master's degree in Sports Training in the Youth Training branch by the Faculty of Sports of the University of Porto. At the beginning of the report, the general framework of the internship is presented, including the definition of the work plan to be carried out. Then, the main body of this report is presented, which addresses reflections and comments related to the training process, focusing on personal skills and professional practice, exploring their development throughout the season. A central point of this experience was the implementation of a unique and integrated approach to sports preparation in basketball, which guided the entire game structure of the team. This innovative method was supported by four fundamental coactives and the use of the standard morphocycle as a methodological basis for training. The document concludes with a critical analysis of the work process developed, highlighting the significant impact on both my personal and professional trajectory. |
| Description: | O presente relatório descreve o conjunto de experiências vividas ao longo do estágio profissionalizante realizado durante a época desportiva 2023/2024 enquanto treinador principal da equipa de basquetebol Sub18 B Masculinos do Académico Futebol Clube. Este documento visa ainda garantir a obtenção do grau de Mestre em Treino Desportivo no ramo Treino de Jovens pela Faculdade de Desporto da Universidade do Porto. No início do relatório, é apresentado o enquadramento geral do estágio, incluindo a definição do plano de trabalho a ser realizado. De seguida, encontra-se o corpo principal deste relatório onde se abordam reflexões e comentários relacionados com o processo de formação, com foco nas competências pessoais e na prática profissional, explorando o seu desenvolvimento ao longo da época. Um ponto central desta experiência foi a implementação de uma abordagem integrada e única de preparação desportiva no basquetebol, que orientou toda a estrutura de jogo da equipa. Este método inovador foi sustentado por quatro coativos fundamentais e pelo uso do morfociclo padrão como base metodológica para o treino. O documento conclui com uma análise crítica do processo de trabalho desenvolvido, destacando o impacto significativo tanto no meu percurso pessoal como profissional. |
