| Title: | O que sabemos sobre o Modelo de Ensino de Pares: um estudo de revisão sistemática da literatura |

| Abstract: | The main objective of this dissertation is to report and analyze what is currently known about the Peer Teaching Model. To carry out this study, a systematic literature review was used. Initially, a total of 361 articles were analyzed, and, after the analysis process for selecting studies based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, 29 articles were selected to participate in this research. The results showed that, of the 29 selected articles, 19 analyzed the learning of the practitioners, namely the effectiveness of the model, 2 studies examined the perceptions of teachers in this model, 7 articles evaluated the perception of students and only 1 study evaluated the teaching and learning process. Therefore, it was evident that there is a scarcity of studies analyzing the perceptions of the participants in the model and even less that they examine the teaching and learning process. Thus, future studies should adopt more sophisticated research designs that can allow an in-depth study of the teaching and learning process, such as action-research and case study projects. |
| Description: | A presente dissertação tem como objetivo principal relatar e analisar o que se sabe atualmente sobre o Modelo de Ensino de Pares. Para a realização deste estudo, foi utilizada uma revisão sistemática da literatura. Inicialmente, foram analisados um total de 361 artigos, e, após o processo análise para seleção dos estudos baseados em critérios de inclusão e exclusão, 29 artigos foram selecionados para participarem desta pesquisa. Os resultados mostraram que, dos 29 artigos selecionados, 19 analisaram a aprendizagem dos praticantes, nomeadamente a eficácia do modelo, 2 estudos examinaram as perceções dos professores neste modelo, 7 artigos avaliaram a perceção dos alunos e apenas 1 estudo avaliou o processo de ensino e aprendizagem. Evidenciou-se, por isso, a escassez de estudos analisem as perceções dos participantes no modelo e ainda menos que examinem o processo de ensino e aprendizagem. Assim, estudos futuros devem adotar projetos de pesquisa mais sofisticados que possam permitir um estudo aprofundado do processo de ensino e aprendizagem, como projetos de investigação-ação e estudo de caso. |
