| Abstract: | "Transforming Dreams into achieving Goals: journeys of a (future) physical education teacher" marks the culmination of my academic journey towards the Master's Degree in Teaching Physical Education in Basic and Secondary Education. Throughout the 2023/2024 academic year, not only did I have the opportunity to experience enriching experiences during Supervised Teaching Practice, but I also had the opportunity to deepen my pedagogical performance through reflecting on these same experiences. This document also addresses the difficulties faced and the strategies implemented for a better professional development to meet the needs of students. The structure of this report is organized into four fundamental areas. Initially, I explore the personal and institutional framework, where I address the reasons that led me to choose this course, as well as my initial expectations. I then provide a contextualization of the institutions where I had the privilege of interning. Below, I detail the management and organization of the teaching-learning process, including conceptions, planning, implementation, reflection, and evaluation in teaching. The third area focuses on my participation in the school community and the non-teaching activities that I participated in and that I had the opportunity to organize. Finally, I highlight the research study conducted, which aims not only to contribute to my professional growth, but also to the continuous improvement of educational practices. In conclusion, I summarize the academic year, where I critically analyze the experiences and the factors that most influenced my professional identity throughout this training journey. KEYWORDS: |
| Description: | "Transformando Sonhos em realização de Metas: trajetos de uma (futura) professora de educação física" marca o culminar do meu percurso académico rumo ao grau de Mestre em Ensino de Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário. Ao longo do ano letivo 2023/2024, não só tive a oportunidade de vivenciar experiências enriquecedoras durante a Prática de Ensino Supervisionada, mas também de aprofundar a minha atuação pedagógica através da reflexão dessas mesmas experiências. Este documento aborda também as dificuldades enfrentadas e as estratégias implementadas para um melhor desenvolvimento profissional indo ao encontro das necessidades dos alunos. A estrutura deste relatório organiza-se em quatro áreas fundamentais. Inicialmente, exploro o enquadramento pessoal e institucional, onde abordo as razões que me levaram a escolher este curso, como também as minhas expectativas iniciais. Faço em seguida uma contextualização das instituições onde tive o privilégio de estagiar. A seguir, detalho a gestão e organização do processo de ensino-aprendizagem, incluindo desde as conceções, planeamento, realização, reflexão e avaliação no ensino. A terceira área foca-se na minha participação na comunidade escolar e as atividades não letivas em que estive envolvida e que tive a oportunidade de organizar. Por último, destaco o estudo de investigação realizado, que visa não só contribuir para o meu crescimento profissional, mas também para a melhoria contínua das práticas educativas. Na conclusão, procedo a uma síntese do ano letivo, onde analiso de forma crítica as experiências vividas e os fatores que mais influenciaram a minha identidade profissional ao longo deste percurso formativo. |
