Craveirinha, a messe e os operários : cinco trabalhos que não são de Hércules

Abstract

The paper suggests a set of five tasks that the author considers essential for the study of José Craveirinha's work: the collection of poems dispersed in periodical publications and never edited in book form; the identification of newspaper versions of poems later included in a book; the inventory of the many prose texts (columns, articles, essays) that Craveirinha published in newspapers and magazines; the study of the journalistichistorical framework of some poems whose starting point was an event reported by the press; the identification and study of translations and foreign editions of poetry by the Mozambican author. Some examples are given for each of these tasks.
