dc.description	Este Relatório de Estágio foi realizado no âmbito da unidade curricular Estágio Profissional, inserida no plano de estudos da Faculdade de Desporto da Universidade do Porto, mais especificamente no 2º Ciclo em Ensino da Educação Física nos Ensinos Básicos e Secundários. O mesmo tem como finalidade relatar "o começar de um sonho: ser professora" mais concretamente o meu primeiro contacto no mundo da docência. Este percurso decorreu ao longo do ano letivo 2022/23 na Escola Básica e Secundária D. Dinis, em Santo Tirso, estando sempre acompanhada por mais dois colegas estagiários. Para auxiliar este início tive o apoio das professoras cooperante e orientadora. O Núcleo de Estágio ficou responsável por lecionar a disciplina de Atividades de Ginásios e Centros de Lazer a dois turnos de ensino profissional, Curso Técnico de Desporto. Para tornar mais compreensível o que foi para mim o estágio profissional, este documento foi dividido em vários capítulos começando pela minha perspetiva inicial relativamente ao estágio e, posteriormente, uma breve caraterização da escola, da comunidade educativa, alunos e ainda o relato do primeiro contacto com os alunos. Já no capítulo 4, o foco incide na caraterização do curso profissional e da disciplina a lecionar. O quinto capítulo relata todas as tarefas realizadas que permitiram o Processo de Ensino Aprendizagem, desde unidades temáticas a planos de aula. Caraterizando o meu estágio como o verdadeiro desafio, o capítulo seguinte permite perceber as adversidades com que me deparei e as soluções encontradas. O Desporto Escolar também esteve presente durante o meu estágio, sendo este o contexto que considero ter-me feito crescer mais a nível profissional. O oitavo capítulo consiste numa revisão da literatura com o objetivo de fundamentar a "importância da reflexão", uma vez que o estágio permitiu-me aperfeiçoar a minha capacidade de refletir realizando um diário de bordo que transmite todos os acontecimentos deste ano. O penúltimo capítulo refere-se às adversidades da docência. Para finalizar são apresentadas considerações finais relativas a esta fase do meu percurso académico.
dc.description.abstract	This internship report was carried out within the scope of the professional internship curricular unit, inserted in the study plan of the Faculty of Sport of the University of Porto, more specifically in the 2nd Cycle in Teaching Physical Education in Basic and Secondary Education. The purpose is to report "the beginning of a dream: to be a teacher" more specifically my first contact in the world of teaching. This journey took place throughout the 2022/23 school year at the D. Dinis Primary and Secondary School in Santo Tirso, Portugal, being always accompanied by two other trainee colleagues. To assist this beginning, I had the support of the cooperating and supervising teachers. The Internship Centre was responsible for teaching the subject of Gymnasium and Leisure Centre Activities to two shifts of vocational education, Sports Technical Course. To make it more understandable what the professional internship was for me, this document was divided into several chapters starting with my initial perspective on the internship and then a brief characterisation of the school, the educational community, students and the report of the first contact with the students. In chapter 4, the focus is on the description of the professional course and the subject to be taught. The fifth chapter reports all the tasks carried out that allowed the teaching-learning process from thematic units to lesson plans. Characterising my internship as the real challenge, the following chapter allows us to understand the adversities I faced and the solutions found. School Sport was also present during my internship, and this is the context that I consider to have made me grow at a professional level. The eighth chapter consists of a literature review with the aim of substantiating the "importance of reflection", since the internship allowed me to perfect my ability to reflect by carrying out a logbook that transmits all the events of this year. The penultimate chapter refers to the adversities of teaching. To conclude, final considerations are presented regarding this phase of my academic journey.
