"APOSTAR NO CAVALO ERRADO": Influência do Professor no Desenvolvimento Integral do Aluno e do Acesso Escolar

Abstract

The present document is called Professional Internship Report, developed within the scope of the Supervised Teaching Practice and is part of the second cycle of studies of the Master's Degree in Teaching Physical Education in Primary and Secondary Schools. The Supervised Teaching Practice is an important stage in the professional training of the student trainee, full of remarkable and significant moments. For this reason, this document presents in its entirety a very realistic, genuine, and authentic perspective of the moments lived by the Probationary Student. This Professional Internship Report is divided into chapters ranging from a more descriptive part to a more reflective part, exposing the several experiences of the personal, professional, and social formation. In addition to all the experiential and reflective description, a research project was also conducted where the main goal was to improve the quality of teaching practices in Professional Courses, namely in the School where the Supervised Teaching Practice was conducted, through the search for better approaches and teaching strategies for the consequent increase of student engagement and motivation. In short, this report represents the work and experience developed over an intense, hard-working, but very rewarding year.
