| Title: | O professor estagiário: uma ave migratória que habita temporariamente uma escola-árvore |

| Abstract: | The trainee teacher - a migratory bird temporarily inhabiting a tree-school presents itself as a document of reflective testimony about the pedagogical internship carried out in the context of the Master in Visual Arts Teaching, in the 3rd cycle of Basic and Secondary education, at the Escola Artística e Profissional Árvore. Using the metaphor of the tree as an organic system of cooperation and symbiosis, questions and reflections about issues related to philosophies and pedagogies underlying the school culture were unveiled, as well as reflections about the role and profile of the teacher at the beginning of compulsory education, issues related to inclusion and the analysis of the course structure. The written testimony of the internship experience has embodied and shaped these plurality of issues, which emerge in the form of an ongoing reflection. This reflection is not exhausted in this document, but rather serves as a seed for the constant inquiry that characterizes the role of the teacher. |
| Description: | O professor estagiário - ave migratória que habita temporariamente uma escola-árvore apresenta-se como um documento de testemunho reflexivo acerca do estágio pedagógico realizado no âmbito do Mestrado em Ensino das Artes Visuais, no 3º ciclo do Ensino Básico e do Ensino Secundário, na Escola Artística e Profissional Árvore. Partindo da metáfora da Árvore como sistema orgânico de cooperação e simbiose, foram-se desvendando questionamentos e reflexões acerca das questões relativas às filosofias e pedagogias subjacentes à cultura de escola, refletiu-se também sobre o papel e perfil do professor à entrada da escolaridade obrigatória assim como questões relativas à inclusão e a análise da estruturação do curso. O testemunho escrito da experiência de estágio consubstanciou e deu forma a estas pluralidade de questões, que surgem em forma de uma reflexão contínua. Essa reflexão não se esgota neste documento, mas sim funciona como semente para a investigação constante que caracteriza o papel do professor. |
