| Abstract: | This report aims to look at the rapid transformation of a student into a teacher, focusing on my personal experience. Through this, it will be possible to perceive the moment when I became a teacher for the first time, starting, at that same moment, my process of construction of the teaching identity. This work is based on the process of transition from student to teacher, from the perspective of initiation to teaching. We will observe the identity transition that requires learning, overcoming tensions, facing situations related to insecurities and personal and professional balance. Student experiences themselves are used in the construction of the teacher. The development of the teaching identity is also constituted by the "mixing" of situations, the encounter between being a teacher and a student. |
| Description: | Este relatório pretende perspetivar a rápida transformação de um estudante em professor, tendo como foco a minha experiência pessoal. Através deste, vai ser possível perceber o momento em que me tornei docente, pela primeira vez, iniciando, nesse mesmo momento, o meu processo de construção da minha identidade profissional. Este trabalho baseia- se no processo de transição de estudante a professor, dentro da perspetiva da iniciação à docência. Observaremos a transição identitária que exige aprendizagens, superação de tensões, enfrentar situações relacionadas com inseguranças e equilíbrio pessoal e profissional. As próprias experiências estudantis são utilizadas na construção do professor. O desenvolvimento da identidade profissional de professor constitui-se, também, pela "mistura" de situações, o encontro entre ser professor e aluno. |
