| Abstract: | As an integral part of the teacher training process, the Professional Internship is a culmination of all the learning experiences in the Master degree in Physical Education Teaching in the Basic and Secondary Education of the University of Porto. This Internship Report is part of the mentioned Course Unit, and it is the result of what I've experienced as a trainee teacher in a reflective and sustained way. The structure of this document is divided in four chapters, in which I seek, through the testimony of experiences and support, to report all aspects that led to the construction of my professional identity. The first chapter contemplates the Bibliographic Framework in which I make myself known, as well as I share what initial expectations I have in the Professional Internship. In the second chapter we will find the Institutional Framework in its legal and functional frameworks. The third chapter concerns the Operational Framework in the organization, teaching management and participation with the community. Finally, in the fourth chapter I present my conclusions, a balance of this work and future perspectives. |
| Description: | Como parte integrante no processo de formação de professores, o Estágio Profissional traduz o culminar de todas as aprendizagens vividas neste Ciclo de Estudos do Mestrado em Ensino de Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário da Universidade do Porto. O presente Relatório de Estágio encontra-se inserido na Unidade Curricular mencionada, e é resultado de todas as vivências por mim experienciadas enquanto professor-estagiário de forma reflexiva e sustentada. A estrutura deste documento é dividida em quatro capítulos, nos quais procuro através do testemunho das vivências e da sustentação, reportar todos os aspetos que levaram à construção da minha identidade profissional. O primeiro capítulo contempla o Enquadramento Bibliográfico no qual me dou a conhecer, assim como partilho quais as expectativas iniciais que tenho em relação ao Estágio Profissional. No segundo capítulo encontramos o Enquadramento Institucional nos seus quadros legais e funcionais. O terceiro capítulo concerne ao Enquadramento Operacional na organização, gestão do ensino e na participação com a comunidade. Por último, no quarto capítulo exponho as minhas conclusões e balanços acerca desta etapa e perspetivas futuras. |
