Estágio Profissional: A metamorfose pedagógica de um professor-estagiário

Abstract

The EP that takes place in the second year of the Master of Teaching in Physical Education in Basic and Secondary Education is presented as being the real shock with reality. Everything that was learned during the past years of my academic training will be put to the test, with the need to respond to all contingencies that arise along the way, in the personal construction of my identity as a Physical Education teacher. Therefore, in an initial phase I will fit in personally, revealing my primary characteristics, academic and sporting path, and even the expectations for this year. all the involvement at the heart of my EP, regarding the working conditions that the school provides, as well as the characterization of the classes that I will teach. Then, in terms of planning, conducting and evaluating teaching, I will examine all the strategies used throughout the year to overcome the difficulties that have arisen. Finally, I will present my research study, an element that was essential to better understand my practice, as well as improve it in order to assist students in their learning. In short, with the preparation of this document, I intend to make known what I have been doing throughout the year, the conditions by which I was governed and how I was able to successfully complete my supervised teaching practice.
