| Description: | Resumo: Este artigo dá conta da estratégia pedagógica seguida na unidade curricular de MicrobiologiaAlimentar da licenciatura em Ciências da Nutrição da FCNAUP para envolver os estudantes naconstrução de aprendizagens e no desenvolvimento de competências de autonomia, planeamento,capacidade de comunicação e trabalho em equipa. Os resultados da atividade de ensino/aprendizagem«Seminários de Microbiologia Alimentar» mostram que a estratégia seguida foi positiva, quer paraos estudantes, quer para o professor. |
