| Abstract: | PEDAGOGICAL REFLEXION WORK: «FOOD MICROBIOLOGY SEMINARS» Abstract: This article reports on the pedagogical strategy followed in the Food Microbiology curricular unit of the Degree in Nutrition Sciences of FCNAUP to involve students in the construction of learning and in the development of autonomy, planning, communication skills and teamwork skills. The results of the teaching/learning activity «Food Microbiology Seminars» show that the strategy followed was positive for both the students and the teacher. |
| Description: | Resumo: Este artigo dá conta da estratégia pedagógica seguida na unidade curricular de Microbiologia Alimentar da licenciatura em Ciências da Nutrição da FCNAUP para envolver os estudantes na construção de aprendizagens e no desenvolvimento de competências de autonomia, planeamento, capacidade de comunicação e trabalho em equipa. Os resultados da atividade de ensino/aprendizagem «Seminários de Microbiologia Alimentar» mostram que a estratégia seguida foi positiva, quer para os estudantes, quer para o professor. |
