| Abstract: | The present short text documents the endowments to the chapels of the Espírito Santo, built by Doctor Baltasar Vieira in the Town Hall of Guimarães and the Quinta da Torre, in Tagilde, in 1569, which makes it possible to date of that same year the wall panel entitled The Descent of the Holy Spirit in the above mentioned Town Hall, now kept in the Alberto Sampaio Museum. |
