| Abstract: | With new technological paradigm, network society and digital platforms emergence, the electronic dance music (EDM) configures itself. Neo-nomad, translocal and transglobal connected to some musical movements unfold a new transvirtuality as result of digital migration. The Psychedelic Trance is not just as a specific musical style but also the product of an alternative scene wrapped in natural, technological, creative, artistic, immersive and symbolic atmospheres, now reconfiguring itself in the transvirtuality of new digital territories. Between dance-floor, social networks and immersive environments, the natives are moving between the physical immersion and digital immersion, their culture disseminates like never has before, and Psytrance reborn. |
| Description: | Com a emergência do novo paradigma tecnológico, da sociedade em rede e das plataformas digitais, a Electronic Dance Music (EDM) está a ganhar novas configurações. O neo-nomadismo e os movimentos translocais e transglobais, associados a alguns movimentos musicais, desdobram-se numa nova transvirtualidade como resultado da migração digital. O Transe Psicadélico, não apenas enquanto estilo musical específico, mas também produto de uma cena alternativa envolta em atmosferas naturais, tecnológicas, criativas e artísticas, imersivas e simbólicas, está a reconfigurar-se em novos territórios à luz dessa transvirtualidade. Entre o dance-floor, as redes sociais e os ambientes imersivos, os nativos vão (transe)itando entre a imersão física e a imersão digital, a sua cultura produz-se e dissemina-se como nunca antes, e o Transe Psicadélico, renasce. |
