Papel da Faculdade de Letras do Porto na formação de professores de línguas vivas estrangeiras

Abstract

In reply to demands which students had been making for many years, the Faculdade de Letras da Universidade do Porto has, since 1987-88, been offering its graduates a two-year post-graduate post-graduate pedagogical course (including a year of training) for teaching in secondary schools. This course has required a revision of the material and methods of the faculty's teachers. The A. analyses this situation and suggests some measures which might contribute to its improvement.
