The main objective of this study is to identify the level of improvement of workers knowledge level before and after a training action. To assess this it is necessary to make a study, through questionnaires in two different occasions: before and after the training event, respectively. From the results obtained, it is possible to draw quantitative conclusions regarding the study of the binomial performance/effectiveness of training. From obtained results it can be concluded that workers exposed to chemical agents are now able to identify potential risk situations in the development of their tasks. Furthermore, after the training the workers showed to have more knowledge about the different signage (Warning, Fire, etc.) and the risks associated with chemicals use, allowing them to identify potentially danger situations.
