dc.description.abstract	The article on the Resolution of the Council of Ministers nr. 73-A/2014, ofDecember 16th, 2014, which creates the initiative "Portugal Inovação Social" within the scope of Portugal 2020, consists of a sociological reflection on someconcerns inherent to the extent and (potential) effects of the financial instrumentsaimed at promoting the social investment market. This reflection is made underthe framework social economy has been assuming in our country, especiallyregarding the relationships established with the State.
