| Resumo: | The purpose of the present dissertation is a reflection on the work of Auguste Perret aiming the idea of authenticity underlying his architectural discourse. It will be studied, through the analysis of his buildings and his writtings, the formulation of a language and the patterns of thought, highlighting four buildings: Immeuble rue Franklin (1904-1905), Salle Cortot (1928-1929), Immeuble Maurice Lange (1929-1932) and Musée des Travaux Publiques (1936-1948). |
| Descrição: | É propósito da presente dissertação uma reflexão sobre a obra de Auguste Perret visando a noção de autenticidade no seu discurso arquitectónico. Estudar-se-á, a partir dos seus edifícios e dos seus escritos, a formulação de uma linguagem e os padrões de pensamento, destacando quatro obras: Immeuble rue Franklin (1904-1905), Salle Cortot (1928-1929), Immeuble Maurice Lange (1929-1932) e Musée des Travaux Publiques (1936-1948). |
