Sobre as teorias da empresa

Abstract

The aim of this article is to reflect both on the evolution and the present state of the theoretical production of organisation, taking into account pedagogical objectives. We are looking at reflecting on the above by analysing some of the main economical and sociological theories of organisation. A crossed approach of these two areas of study provides us with a theoretical framework which allow us simultaneously to understand the organisation decision making and the paradoxes that influence organisation practice in what concerns to the relationship of work and job.
