dc.description.abstractThroughout this century supposedly capable of realizing the appeals of Modernity, we verity, on the contrary, that the vital disorientation dramatically defines the current situation. However, this tendency isn't irreversible. Against it, it is possible to reaffirm a revitalization of rationality, from a 'vigilant' attitude that promotes a Dialogue of essential consensus, above all, in subjects regarding all human beings. Subsequently, it is one's duty to demand that Ethics arrogates itself as guardian of the technical growth and scientific development, capable of establishingits unshakable limits and avoid a self-inflicting slavery of human beings.pt_PT
