| dc.description.abstract | In the last years, valuable data about the biology and pharmacology of cancer-related human proteins have been provided by our research group using yeast. Furthermore, new targets and pharmacological regulators of these human proteins were identified. Also, new yeast target-based screening assays were developed, which revealed to be powerful tools in the discovery of new therapeutic opportunities against cancer. | |
