| Abstract: | The weaknesses of the social networks are being amplified by the economic and market crisis we're facing upon. There are people who were granted as secure in the social framework whose condition and place in it is now changing dramatically. Each month the institutions who develop their efforts towards helping homeless people, are receiving more and more persons who need their services so they can live with the least confort and health they can. Today it's imminent to find a solution to the problems of these people, consumerism and crisis victims. Who can't gather the capabilities to follow the new directions of society and so are thrown out it. With this work, i'll try to find a sollution that can help this new type of homeless people who aren't still adapted to the street living, and that still have in their minds a resilient feature, using architecture to bring them back into the society frameworks. |
| Description: | A crise económica e dos mercados perante a qual nos deparamos, está a amplificar as fragilidades dos tecidos sociais. Cada vez mais pessoas dadas como seguras encontram-se em situações que alteram por completo a sua condição e lugar na sociedade. É possível verifica-lo nos relatos de instituições que desenvolvem esforços no âmbito do auxílio a sem-abrigo. Por cada mês que passa mais pessoas recorrem a estes serviços que lhes possibilitam um mínimo conforto e saúde. Hoje é ainda mais urgente uma solução que socorra este novo tipo de semabrigo, vítimas da crise e do consumismo, "atirados" para fora da sociedade tornandose excluídos desta. Assim tento com este trabalho conceber uma solução que sirva estes novos sem-abrigo, que ainda não se adaptaram plenamente às vivências de rua, e que possuem ainda capacidades de resiliência, utilizando a arquitectura de forma a reinseri-los novamente na sociedade e suas vivências. |
