| dc.description.abstract | Manuel Nogueira de Sousa and Soror Madalena da Glória are the authors of two brief poems of an epic-narrative nature written at the turn of the 18th century, which serve here as the starting point for reflection on the paths of intersection between the Bible and poetry.
