| Abstract: | The following dissertation proposes to reflect on the problematic of urban voids in the Historical Centre of the city which is a World Heritage Site, through the study and analysis of a specific area of the city of Valparaiso designated by "Barrio Puerto". The aim is to formulate a practical proposal, associated to the theme of social housing, which interprets the top-morphological specificities as well as the particular local ways of intervening and building. |
| Description: | A presente dissertação pretende, através do estudo e análise de uma área específica da cidade de Valparaíso, designada por "Barrio Puerto", reflectir sobre a problemática dos vazios urbanos no Centro Histórico de Valparaíso, Património Histórico da Humanidade, formulando uma proposta prática, associada ao tema da habitação social, que interpreta as especificidades topo-morfológicas e o modo particular de intervir e construir, no lugar. |
