Abstract

This short article introduces general concepts, contexts and visions for the development of a museological programme for the Fábrica Social – Fundação José Rodrigues (Porto). This programme outline for Fábrica Social advances a dynamic space of artistic and cultural practices, a space for analyses and discussion understand as a form for the production of autonomy and cultural critique. This proposal suggests the creation of a space for reflexion and construction of thought / action from this space, supporting partnerships among the different sectors involved; reorganizing social and cultural resources and competencies, believing in and valuing the relationship with local community, with the city and the world.
