| Abstract: | This internship report refers to the professional internship in the Under-17 men's football team of Sporting Clube de Espinho, in the 2024/2025 sports season. This document aims to complete the Master's Degree in Sports Training - High Performance Training at the Faculty of Sport of the University of Porto, with specialization in Football. Carrying out the internship in this competitive context increased my passion for this sport and my desire to evolve and constantly be at the highest possible levels of performance in football. The creation of a game and training model combining the evolution of the player and the team for an inevitable growth of all aims to create autonomous and intelligent players in solving the problems that the game offers. Initially, a personal framework is made, including my motivations, expectations and objectives for this internship, followed by a contextualization for the internship practice. Then, an institutional contextualization of the club where the internship was carried out is made, addressing the different members of the technical team and their responsibilities and the competitive context of the team. This was followed by the presentation of the objectives for the team, the characterization of the squad, the presentation of the game and training model, with the detail of the standard morphocycle adopted, as well as some reflections on them. Finally, the report focused on moments of reflection and observations made throughout the sports season, ending with final considerations and future perspectives. Through this final moment of the report, I realize that this internship was very important for my personal and professional growth in sport, giving certainty that my future and football will always be intertwined. |
| Description: | O presente relatório de estágio é referente ao estágio profissionalizante na equipa de futebol masculina Sub-17 do Sporting Clube de Espinho, na época desportiva 2024/2025. Este documento visa a conclusão do Mestrado em Treino Desportivo - Treino de Alto Rendimento na Faculdade de Desporto da Universidade do Porto, com especialização na modalidade Futebol. A realização do estágio neste contexto competitivo aumentou a minha paixão por este desporto e a minha vontade de evoluir e estar constantemente nos patamares mais elevados possíveis de rendimento no futebol. A criação de um modelo de jogo e de treino aliando a evolução do jogador e da equipa para um crescimento inevitável de todos tem como objetivo criar jogadores autónomos e inteligentes na resolução dos problemas que o jogo oferece. Inicialmente, é feito um enquadramento pessoal, incluindo as minhas motivações, expectativas e objetivos para este estágio, seguindo-se uma contextualização para a prática do estágio. De seguida, é feita uma contextualização institucional do clube onde foi realizado o estágio, abordando os diferentes membros da equipa técnica e as suas responsabilidades e também o contexto competitivo da equipa. Seguiu-se a exposição dos objetivos para a equipa, a caracterização do plantel, a apresentação do modelo de jogo e de treino, com o detalhe do morfociclo padrão adotado, bem como algumas reflexões sobre os mesmos. Por fim, o relatório focou-se em momentos de reflexão e observações realizadas ao longo da época desportiva, terminando nas considerações finais e perspetivas futuras. Através deste momento final do relatório percebo que este estágio foi muito importante para o meu crescimento pessoal e profissional no desporto, dando certezas de que o meu futuro e o futebol estarão sempre interligados. |
