| Abstract: | In the past decades, women's football has achieved greater prominence in both national and international context and, as a consequence of this growth, there is an increase in the formation of women's teams in sports clubs. In this context, I had the opportunity to carry out professional training in the senior football club "Clube Desportivo Leça do Balio" which played in the 2nd National Women's Division. This report presents a personal reflection based on the professional training carried out throughout the sporting season. The report begins with a contextualization of Portuguese women's football. From this, the work deepens in the scenario of the "Clube Desportivo Leça de Balio" bringing a reflection from the historical, structural, daily and financial point of view. In sequence, the analyzes focus on technical issues, game ideas used, the training microcycle, barriers encountered, the conclusions of the work carried out and future perspectives. Regarding the professional perspective, the initial objective was to deepen the knowledge in football in its theoretical, academic and empirical dimension. The practical objectives linked to the internship experience were: to ascertain the various training characteristics; verify how the coach's feedbacks were executed and used, his attitude towards the team; management's conduct under club wins and losses; carry out the game analysis made through memory, given the impossibility of filming. In conclusion, it was found that, in addition to technical-tactical issues, it went deeper into psychological ones. Working to reverse an unmotivated scenario generated by the consecutive defeats and lack of commitment of the athletes brought a professional evolution far beyond the "on the field" aspects, but also in the understanding of the factors that influence the psychology of the players, the coach and the direction and their consequences within the project. |
| Description: | Nas últimas décadas, o futebol feminino tem alcançado maior visibilidade no âmbito nacional e internacional e, como consequência disso, nota-se um aumento na formação de equipas femininas nos clubes desportivos. Nesse contexto, ocorreu. a oportunidade de realizar o estágio profissional na equipa sénior do "Clube Desportivo Leça do Balio" que disputou a 2.ª Divisão Nacional Feminina. O presente relatório expõe uma reflexão pessoal a partir do estágio profissional efetuado ao longo da época desportiva. Tem início com uma contextualização do futebol feminino português. A partir disso, o trabalho se aprofunda no cenário do "Clube Desportivo Leça de Balio" trazendo uma reflexão do ponto de vista histórico, estrutural, cotidiano e financeiro. Na sequência, as análises focam em questões técnicas, ideias de jogo utilizadas, o microciclo de treino, barreiras encontradas, as conclusões do trabalho realizado e perspetivas futuras. Sobre a perspetiva profissional, o objetivo inicial foi aprofundar os conhecimentos no futebol em sua dimensão teórica, académica e empírica. Já os objetivos práticos vinculados a experiência de estágio foram: averiguar as várias características de treino; verificar como eram executados e utilizados os feedbacks do treinador, sua postura perante a equipa; a conduta da direção sob vitórias e derrotas do clube; realizar as análises de jogo feita através da memória, perante a impossibilidade de filmar. Em conclusão verificou-se que, para além das questões tático-técnicas, aprofundou-se na psicológicas. Trabalhar para reverter um cenário desmotivado gerado pelas derrotas consecutivas e descomprometimento das atletas trouxe uma evolução profissional muito além dos aspetos "em campo", mas também na compreensão dos fatores que influenciam o emocional das jogadoras, do treinador, da direção e suas consequências dentro do projeto |
