Ensino de Língua Portuguesa para alunos surdos: trabalhando com provérbios

Abstract

Despite the current inclusion proposal, which defends the regular school with deaf and hearing students living in the same space, we see that the offer of learning materials and methodologies that help teachers on this work are yet too much scarce, or, when they exist, are incipient research. In view of the exposed, this work aims to relate the experiences lived in four workshops of proverbs that were offered to the deaf and hearing students of the bilingual graduation of Pedagogy from the National Institute of Deaf Education (INES). The workshops served as a space for back up, in which questions of interpretation, cohesion, coherence, denotation and connotation were worked. From the exchange of experiences and dynamics, the workshops presented ways to improve teaching practice and the process of teaching and learning of Portuguese Language by deaf students.
