| Abstract: | Today I woke up like this: willing to travel the world is a document written by a intern-student of Physical Education in the scope of a Professional Internship, part of the Master in Teaching of Physical Education in Primary and Secondary Education of the Faculty of Sports of the University of Porto. It was held in a school of Porto, with pedagogical practice in a class of the twelfth grade. Over seven chapters, the experiences, stories, ambitions, challenges, difficulties and achievements are portrayed, as well as the strategies and methods used to meet the requirements of this year of Professional Internship. The first chapter, called "Preface", performs the framing of this document, the reasons for its development and the processes that took place. The second chapter, "The Traveler", presents the history and the characteristics of the intern student, her motivations to devote herself to the odyssey of teaching and her expectations for the year of Professional Internship. "The Journey", name of the third chapter, which reveals the institutional understanding of School, the description of the school in which the pedagogical practice was performed and the characterization of all individuals involved in this professional experience, including the cooperating teacher, the advising teacher, the internship group and the classes assigned. The fourth chapter - "Performing the Journey" - surrounds itself with complexity and introduces the core of the teaching and learning performance process, as well as the relationships the student-intern established with the communities and the activities in which she participated. The fifth chapter is called "The Extras of the Journey" and reveals the main actions that added something to the personal and professional training of the student-intern. The sixth chapter refers to the presentation of an action research study within the framework of pedagogic teacher-student relationship. | Description: | Hoje acordei assim: com vontade de Viajar pelo mundo é um documento redigido por uma estudante-estagiária de Educação Física no âmbito de um Estágio Profissional, inserido no 2º ciclo em Ensino da Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário da Faculdade de Desporto da Universidade do Porto. Foi realizado numa escola do Grande Porto, com prática pedagógica numa turma de décimo segundo ano de escolaridade. Ao longo de sete capítulos, são retratadas as experiências, as histórias, as ambições, os desafios, as dificuldades e as conquistas com as quais a estudante-estagiária se cruzou neste ano intenso de Estágio Profissional, bem como as estratégias e os métodos utilizados para dar resposta às exigências deste ano de formação profissional. O primeiro capítulo, denominado de "Prefácio", realiza o enquadramento deste documento, os motivos da sua elaboração e os processos que nele tiveram lugar. O segundo capítulo, "A Viajante", apresenta a história e as características da estudante-estagiária, as suas motivações para se dedicar à odisseia da docência e as suas expectativas para o ano de Estágio Profissional. "A Viagem", nome do terceiro capítulo, que revela o entendimento institucional de Escola, a descrição da escola na qual foi realizada a prática pedagógica em questão e a caracterização de todos os indivíduos intervenientes desta experiência profissional, nomeadamente o professor cooperante, a professora orientadora, o núcleo de estágio e as turmas atribuídas. O quarto capítulo - "Realização da Viagem" - veste-se de complexidade e apresenta o cerne de toda a realização do processo de ensino e aprendizagem, bem como as relações que a estudante-estagiária estabeleceu com as comunidades e as atividades organizadas nas quais participou. O quinto capítulo denomina-se "Os extras da Viagem" e revela as principais ações que acrescentaram algo à formação pessoal e profissional da estudante-estagiária. O sexto capítulo reporta-se à apresentação de um estudo de investigação-ação no âmbito da relação pedagógica professor-aluno. Por fim, o sétimo e último capítulo surge como um balanço final desta experiência profissional e das expectativas futuras, agora que ela terminou. |
