| Abstract: | ―The school placement: the first contact with reality‖ is a report written by a trainee student enrolled in the Master´s degree in Physical Education Teaching in Basic and Secondary Education at the Faculty of Sports of the University of Porto, with the purpose of reporting his experience throughout the supervised teaching practice. The document begins with a brief introduction of what will be addressed in the following chapters, followed by a personal framework of the preservice student as well as his path so far, motivations, and futures perspectives are described; next is the institutional framework, which characterizes the cooperating school where the school placement was carried out, as well as the placement group and the characteristics of the classes to which the preservice teacher taught lessons. This is followed by the operational framework chapter, which discusses the teaching models and the different types of assessment used, as well as the planning. It also addresses the preservice teacher´s experience with the 2nd cycle and all the involvement he had with the school community in which he was integrated. The following chapter is dedicated to the research carried out by the preservice teacher during his supervised teaching practice, which aimed to analyse the effectiveness of a specific warm-up, based on plyometric jumps, with the goal of increasing the lower limb reactive strength of his students. The document concludes with a final chapter entitled ―Final Considerations‖, in which the preservice teacher, by way of conclusion, presents and reflects on his learning experiences |
| Description: | ―O estágio profissional: o primeiro contacto com a realidade‖ é um relatório de estágio elaborado por um estudante estagiário pertencente ao Mestrado de Ensino de Educação Física nos Ensinos Básicos e Secundário da Faculdade de Desporto da Universidade do Porto, com o intuito de relatar a sua experiência ao longo da prática de ensino supervisionada. O documento iniciase com uma breve introdução do que vai ser abordado nos restantes capítulos, seguindo-se um enquadramento pessoal com a apresentação do próprio estudante estagiário, bem como o seu percurso até ao momento, as suas motivações e perspetivas futuras. Segue-se o enquadramento institucional, que procura caracterizar a escola cooperante onde o estágio profissional decorreu, assim como o núcleo de estágio e as caraterísticas das turmas instruídas pelo estudante estagiário. O capítulo seguinte dedica-se ao enquadramento operacional, no qual se aborda o planeamento, os modelos de ensino utilizados, assim como os diferentes tipos de avaliações. Aborda-se ainda a experiência do estudante estagiário com o 2º ciclo e todo o envolvimento que o mesmo teve com a comunidade escolar onde esteve inserido. De seguida, apresenta-se um capítulo dedicado à investigação conduzida pelo estudante estagiário em contexto de estágio profissional, que procurou analisar a eficácia de um aquecimento específico, baseado em saltos pliométricos, para aumentar a força reativa dos membros inferiores dos seus alunos. O documento termina com um capítulo final intitulado de ―considerações finais‖, procurando, em forma de conclusão, expôr e refletir sobre as experiências e aprendizagens acumuladas ao longo do ano. |
