| Abstract: | This Practicum Report, titled "The journey of my life. From Departure to Final Destination", was developed within the scope of the Professional Internship course unit, as part of the Master's Degree in Physical Education Teaching in Basic and Secondary Education at the Faculty of Sports of the University of Porto. This document provides a critical and reflective analysis of the journey undertaken as a Student Intern, emphasizing the development of teaching identity, the implementation of diversified pedagogical strategies, and the promotion of motivation and autonomy as key foundations for a more meaningful and student-centered Physical Education. Throughout the supervised teaching practice, special attention was given to understanding the impact of Physical Education on students' lives, fostering intrinsic motivation, and rethinking the way the subject is taught to make it more inclusive, engaging, and conducive to healthy, active lifestyles. |
| Description: | O presente Relatório de Estágio, intitulado "A viagem da minha vida. Do embarque ao destino final", foi elaborado no âmbito da Unidade Curricular de Estágio Profissional do Mestrado em Ensino de Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário da Faculdade de Desporto da Universidade do Porto. Este relatório descreve, de forma crítica e reflexiva, a viagem realizada enquanto Estudante-Estagiária, destacando o processo de construção da identidade docente, a implementação de estratégias pedagógicas diferenciadas, e a valorização da motivação e da autonomia como pilares fundamentais para uma Educação Física mais significativa e centrada no aluno. Ao longo da prática de ensino supervisionada, foi dada particular atenção ao impacto da Educação Física na vida dos alunos, à sua motivação intrínseca e à necessidade de repensar o ensino da disciplina de forma a torná-la mais inclusiva, motivadora e promotora de estilos de vida ativos e saudáveis. |
