| Abstract: | The present paper aims to synthesise the acoustical characterization preformed in twenty nine courtrooms in Portugal. The selection of the courtrooms was made to obtain two distinct groups. The rooms constructed before 1990 and the rooms constructed or remodelled after this date. As a result of the data analysis, simple mathematical formulas were obtained that relate among the objective acoustic parameters and between the objective acoustic parameters and architectural characteristics. |
| Description: | Com o artigo pretende-se sintetizar a caracterização acústica realizada em vinte e nove salas de audiências de tribunais portugueses, as quais foram classificadas em dois grupos distintos. As salas construídas antes de 1990 e as salas construídas ou remodeladas após essa data. Esta caracterização acústica teve por objectivo não só uma análise objectiva e subjectiva das salas, mas também permitir obter relações matemáticas simples entre os diversos parâmetros acústicos e entre estes e diversas características arquitectónicas. |
