Abstract

The School Placement Report is a document written in a reflective way, based on the experiences of a preservice teacher in the teaching profession. It is a report about the first year, of a teaching career started by a school placement full of ups and downs, with many obstacles and strategies used to overcome them. The school placement took place in a cooperating school located in Espinho, with a 12th grade class of the Languages and Humanities course. The document is divided into five phases. The first part, the personal fram ework, portrays a presentation by the author. The second part, the institutional framework, is an image of the context where the internship took place. The third framework, operational, tells the story of this school year referring to the greatest learning learned from it. The fourth moment, involvement in the school community, refers to the activities that took place in the cooperating school and how thi s influenced the practice of the student intern in the professional internship. Finally, research in a s chool context is a study that sought to answer the question of the influence of the use of music during Physical Education classes on students' motivation and concentration. Some reflections on the greatest learning learned from this school year will also be mentioned in the final considerations.
