Abstract

This report contains the main reports and reflections regarding the supervised teaching practice that took place at the Basic and Secondary School of Pedrouços, classified as a school inserted in the Educational Territory of Priority Intervention and located in the municipality of Maia. This document begins with my presentation, namely, my personal and academic path and my expectations regarding my professional activity. Subsequently, I expose my conception regarding education, school, the subject of Physical Education and the professional teaching activity. Then an approach will be made about the school and then the characterization of the class that was assigned to me at the beginning of the school year will be carried out. In carrying out the practice, I deal with the different levels of planning (annual, didactic unit, lesson plan), their operationalization along with the practice in the field, in the evaluation, in the reflection process, in the experience of shared teaching of a class belonging to another level of schooling and in the observed classes of my colleagues from the internship nucleus and the cooperating teacher. In the school-community dimension, highlighting my participation in the activities in school sports and in the internal activity, carried out at the school. Finally, I present my action research study: "Behavior Modeling", which aimed to apply and evaluate the effect of behavior modeling strategies recommended in the literature. The analysis of the main results obtained points to an increase in the teacher's ability to anticipate and observe during classes, which caused an improvement in the students' behaviors directed at the teacher and colleagues, untimely conversations and making noise with the balls.
