| Abstract: | Nowadays, players are increasingly focused on their performance, as well as motivated to better understand the game and the training, that is why the role of the coach, has an increased relevance, so that the player can be oriented and guided in that growth. In addition to the training sessions planning, that should be attractive and clear for the players, and integrated within the guidelines of the team game model, there is a need to feed this eager to receive quality specific information, that can upstand as a strong basis for team and individual improvement. So, it is essential to have on the coaching staff, someone not only able to add value on the planning and operationalization of the training sessions, as well as capable to connect the coaching staff to the analysis, guiding the tasks made by this department in a focused and objective way, and being able to filter and transform the information in call's to action next to the players. Considering the above, this report has as main goal, the debug of my experiences as an assistant coach with bigger responsibilities on the analysis area, living an increasing integration within the coaching staff of the U23 of the Sporting Clube de Braga, and evolving my vision about the conceptualization of a training model, connected with a game model, having the analysis as the loyal evaluator of this connection. In a season that started with the undeniable impact of COVID-19, that we presented ourselves in several tactical systems, that we have developed players that were able to confirm their talent on the club's first team, and that, for more than once, we were close to winning national titles never won before by the club, I can state that it was an year of big discoveries, both personal and professional, and that, besides the solid knowledge that I have received, it was also rich in reflections, thoughts and mind wanderings from an intern that is each time more aware of the long journey that is still in front of him. |
| Description: | No futebol atual, os jogadores são cada vez mais focados no seu desempenho e cada vez mais interessados em perceber o jogo e o treino, pelo que a figura do treinador ganha acrescida importância para conseguir orientar e guiar esse crescimento. Adicionalmente ao planeamento das sessões de treino, que deve ser apelativo e claro para os jogadores, e integrado com as linhas orientadoras do modelo de jogo da equipa, é necessário alimentar esta ânsia de informação com conteúdo específico e qualitativo, que seja um forte apoio para a melhoria coletiva e individual da equipa. É neste aspeto que é essencial ter na equipa técnica um elemento que além de conseguir acrescentar na elaboração e operacionalização do treino, também seja capaz de fazer a ligação com o departamento de análise, direcionando de forma focada e objetiva o trabalho produzido por esse departamento, e sendo capaz de filtrar e transformar essa mesma informação em ações a efetuar junto dos jogadores. Nesse sentido, o presente relatório tem como objetivo depurar as minhas experiências como treinador-adjunto com maior responsabilidade pela área da análise, vivenciando uma integração crescente dentro da equipa técnica do escalão de sub-23 do Sporting Clube de Braga, e evoluindo a minha visão sobre a conceptualização de um modelo de treino conectado intrinsecamente com o modelo de jogo, tendo a análise como avaliador fiel desta ligação. Numa época desportiva que iniciou fortemente marcada pelo COVID-19, em que adotamos diferentes sistemas táticos, em que potenciamos jogadores que conseguiram afirmar o seu valor na equipa A do clube, e em que, por mais que uma vez, estivemos perto de conquistar títulos nacionais inéditos na história do clube, consigo afirmar que foi um ano de grande exploração tanto pessoal como profissional, e que além da sólida aprendizagem que recebi, foi também rico em reflexões, pensamentos e devaneios de um estagiário que cada vez mais se consciencializa do longo caminho que ainda tem por percorrer. |
