Planeamento urbano no contexto da dinâmica território-estratégia em Naxos, Grécia

Abstract

The space as regarded by planning is largely shaped by the bi-directional interaction between the decisions of the administration at various levels and the physical reality of the place and its people. Exploring these dynamics and their physical expression in a systemic approach on the island of Naxos, Greece, as a case study in the context of spatial and urban planning reveals perspectives of the nature of spatial development such as cultural character (e.g. organisation, communication), technical issues (e.g. document updates, cross-referencing), hierarchical structures (e.g. directionality of conduct), and territorial conditions (e.g. capacity to absorbmass tourism).
