Aprendizagem nas Equipas de Alto Desempenho: Teambuilding como catalisador da coesão grupal

Abstract

This internship report was developed as part of obtaining a master's degree in Sports Psychology and Human Development. The internship was carried out at the company Método - Formação, Teambuilding e Consultoria during the academic year 2023/24. The report describes the teambuilding programs in which I took part, as well as the internal training sessions focusing on group cohesion as a key element in the development of high-performance teams. Research was also carried out with the aim of making a diagnosis on the cultural orientation towards learning and the occurrence of group learning behaviors, to guide the intervention program. The results reveal a strong interdependence between the dimensions of cultural orientation towards learning and the occurrence of team learning behaviors in the "Equipa Com Método". Finally, a reflection was made on the challenges and lessons learned during the internship
