O CRESCIMENTO COMO FUTURO DOCENTE DE EDUCAÇÃO FÍSICA: O CAMINHO PARA O SUCESSO PROFISSIONAL E PEDAGÓGICO

Abstract

The Professional school practicum proves to be the last step in training as a student. In this, all the knowledge and experience that has been acquired throughout the academic career is put to the test. It is the first moment to implement theoretical concepts into practice, in the real teaching context. In this document, I portray the experiences that most marked and enriched my year as a preservice teacher (the author). Here I represent the richness of this journey and the reflection around pedagogical and social action, inherent to the reality I encountered. This report is divided into three main areas. Firstly, a personal background, describing the academic and sporting path, as well as the initial expectations that I expected to meet throughout this year and the reasons that led me to choose the path of teaching in Physical Education. Next, an institutional framework, which sets out the characteristics of the internship process, characterizes the environment where it was carried out and the groups that were an integral part of it. Then comes the first major area, which includes all the tools necessary for my work as a teacher, maximizing my opportunities for success. The second area addresses the dimension, relationship, and participation with the school community, highlighting the main lessons learned, especially outside the classroom. The third area represents the research study developed about differentiation by levels in badminton teaching. Finally, I present a reflection on the internship process, as well as the feelings it awakened in me.
