Abstract

This document refers to the entire experience in the Professional Internship, which is included in the essential practical studies of the 2nd year for the completion of the 2nd cycle, which in this case is called Master's Degree in Teaching Physical Education in Basic and Secondary Education, from the Faculty of Sports at the University of Porto. This year was fundamental for my professional and personal development. Involvement in a new environment allows us to know and experience all the variables that are present in that environment, and how to act on them. Words such as inclusion, passion, education, preparation, motivation, mutual help and anticipation describe my learning throughout the internship, which I carry with me into my teaching career. This report reflects my entire process throughout this year. A difficult year in terms of time management, quality of work, implementing strategies and solving problems. These sectors become less difficult as I practice, which encourages me to always want to know and learn more. This document is divided into personal, professional and reflective levels. The personal elucidate where it is possible to know my path, my reasons, my whys, my opinion and my vision. The professional section is where my encounter with the internship, the perspectives, the tasks and the role played throughout the year are described. And in the reflective section, I expose my thoughts about the work that is done behind the results, such as planning, classes, difficulties, study, students' opinions and an assessment of the learning retained. Physical Education is the teaching, learning and transmission of values and it was in this context that I managed to overcome difficulties and develop qualities.
