Nesta entrevista Olaia relatou o seu percurso no campo da educação patrimonial e o seu entendimento sobre este conceito, apresentando, igualmente, a trajetória do Observatório de Educação Patrimonial em Espanha (OEPE) e da Rede Internacional de Educação Patrimonial (RIEP), desde a sua criação à atualidade. Procurou, também, clarificar a ideia da educação patrimonial em espaços formais, não formais e informais e as ligações que tem desenvolvido com os museus enquanto elementos de investigação. A sua função como docente universitária e as relações que estabelece entre a educação patrimonial e a formação de mestres do ensino primário são, igualmente, abordadas. Por fim, Olaia, revela o futuro que imagina para a educação patrimonial em Espanha. | |
| dc.description.abstract | On 26th June 2023, Olaia Fontal granted us this interview during a virtual conversation. In this interview, Olaia shared her journey in the field of heritage education and her interpretation of this concept. She also presented the evolution of The Spanish Heritage Education Observatory (SHEO) and of The International Network on Heritage Education (INHE), from their inception to the present day. Furthermore, she focused on the notion of heritage education within formal, non-formal, and informal settings, as well as the connections she has forged with museums as research components. Her role as a university lecturer and the associations she establishes between heritage education and the training of primary school teachers were also discussed. Lastly, Olaia outlined her vision for the future of heritage education in Spain. | |
