| dc.description | A presente dissertação surge da oportunidade de intervenção num terreno próprio, aliada à possibilidade de exploração da rentabilidade de um projeto em contexto real e à vontade de concretizar o que seria um espaço capaz de confrontar a arquitetura e a doçaria, num atelier de projetos culinários. Acentua-se a intenção ao mesmo tempo que se reflete sobre o lugar para se desenhar a receita de projeto: um atelier de doçaria e um jardim de plantas comestíveis. Aproximando o exercício de projeto à paixão e disciplina da cozinha, reflete-se sobre a memória e a emoção na arquitetura. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The present dissertation is the result of the opportunity to intervene in a specific field, combined with the possibility of exploring the profitability of a project in a real context and the desire to realize what could be a space capable of confronting architecture and pastry, in a culinary projects atelier. The intention is emphasized while reflecting on the place to draw the project recipe: a confectionery atelier and a garden of edible plants. Bringing the project exercise closer to the passion and discipline of the kitchen, reflecting on memory and emotion in architecture. | |
