| Abstract: | The desire to understand the process of construction of projectual hypotheses to a location where the exhibition is outdoors (where the container itself is the surrounding landscape and to observe the object contained) the role of the architect, served as the theme for this dissertation. For a better understanding of that process for cases with so unique characteristics, the choice should be the selection of projects already undertaken. The elected case studies are Museum of Art and Archaeology of the Coa Valley (Portugal) and the Archaeological Lecture Siega Verde (Spain). The decision of the Portuguese Government (1996) by the choice of treatment in the territory of the Coa in cultural perspective, from an Integrated Development Plan goes beyond the scale of intervention of cases of study and now covers a reading of the construction of projectual hypotheses in a territorial scale. Objective is to understand how to process a development plan based on the cultural dimension of this size and in the end, supported from the base of the construction of projectual hypotheses and appreciation through the selection and launch of certain elements, launch in a general and abstract way a possible project hypothesis. |
| Description: | A vontade de perceber o processo de construção das hipóteses projectuais para um local onde a exposição se encontra ao ar livre (onde a envolvente é o próprio contentor e a Paisagem o objecto contido a observar), qual o papel do arquitecto, serviu de mote para esta dissertação. Para uma melhor apreensão do referido processo para casos com características tão singulares opta-se pela selecção de projectos já realizados. Elege-se então para casos de estudo o Museu de Arte e Arqueologia do Vale do Côa (Portugal) e a Aula Arqueológica de Siega Verde (Espanha). A decisão do Governo Português (1996) pela opção do tratamento do território do Côa numa perspectiva cultural, a partir de um Plano de Desenvolvimento Integrado, extravasa a escala de intervenção dos casos em estudo e passa a abranger uma leitura do processo de construção das hipóteses projectuais a uma escala territorial. Pretende-se compreender como se processa um Plano de Desenvolvimento baseado na dimensão cultural com estas dimensões e, procurar, a partir da base sustentada do processo de construção das hipóteses projectuais e através da selecção e valorização de determinados elementos lançar, ainda que de uma maneira geral e abstracta, uma possível hipótese projectual. |
