| Abstract: | Professional Internship: The stage for the beginning of a student intern's dreams is a document narrated in the first person within the scope of the Professional Internship included in Teaching Physical Education in the Basic and Secondary School Master's Degree by the Faculty of Sport of the University of Porto. This supervised teaching practice has been performed during one school year in Penafiel Secondary School. It's made up of three intern students under the supervision of two specialized professionals: one cooperating teacher and one mentor teacher. The contribution of the Family, Sports, Theater, Fitness, and the Faculty was preponderant for the accomplishment of this Professional Internship, and this path contributed in a significant way to my personal and professional growth. On the other hand, the whole scenario surrounding this story is also presented: the Cooperating School, the Cooperating Teacher, the Mentor Teacher, the Professional Internship Center, as well as the classes involved: the resident class and the shared class. During the Professional Internship, problems arose in terms of planning (e.g. construction of Teaching Units, lesson plans and harmony between theory and contextualized practice) and the operationalization of the pedagogical practice, namely, in the first period: the students' demotivation for the practice of sports and the need to create routines and work habits; in the second term: the adjustment of learning tasks to the students' performance level and the guarantee of success and safety in learning tasks and, finally, in the third term: the planning of the entire gymnastics soiree, based on the students' autonomy and responsibility. In order to solve these problems, strategies and teaching models were used that responded to the needs and characteristics of the students, always trying to contribute to their integral formation through the development of the students' motor, social, and cognitive skills. |
| Description: | O Estágio Profissional: O palco do início da concretização dos sonhos de uma estudante estagiária é um documento narrado na primeira pessoa no âmbito do Estágio Profissional inserido no Mestrado de Ensino de Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário, pela Faculdade de Desporto da Universidade do Porto. A prática de ensino supervisionada foi realizada durante um ano letivo na Escola Secundária de Penafiel, sendo o núcleo de estágio constituído por três estudantes estagiários e pela supervisão de dois profissionais especializados: uma professora cooperante e um professor orientador. Para a realização deste Estágio Profissional foi preponderante o contributo da Família, do Desporto, do Teatro, do Fitness e da Faculdade, sendo que este percurso contribui de forma vincada para o meu crescimento pessoal e profissional. Por outro lado, é também apresentado todo o cenário que envolve esta história: a Escola Cooperante, a Professora Cooperante, o Professor Orientador, o Núcleo de Estágio Profissional, bem como as turmas envolvidas: a turma residente e a turma partilhada. No decorrer do Estágio Profissional surgiram problemas ao nível do planeamento (e.g. construção das Unidades Didáticas, dos planos de aula e da harmonia entre a teoria e a prática contextualizada) e da operacionalização da prática pedagógica, nomeadamente, no primeiro período: a desmotivação dos alunos para a prática das modalidades e a necessidade de criar rotinas e hábitos de trabalho; no segundo período: o ajustamento das tarefas de aprendizagem ao nível de desempenho dos alunos e a garantia do sucesso e da segurança nas tarefas de aprendizagem e, por fim, no terceiro período: a planificação de todo o Sarau Gímnico, com base na autonomia e responsabilidade dos alunos. Com o intuito de resolver estas problemáticas foram utilizadas estratégias e modelos de ensino que deram resposta às necessidades e características dos alunos, intentando sempre contribuir para a formação integral dos mesmos, através do desenvolvimento dos alunos ao nível motor, social e cognitivo. |
