A importância dos aspetos instrucionais na relação professor - aluno "A busca permanente no caminho certo"

Abstract

The Professional Internship inserted in the second year of the Master's Degree in Teaching Physical Education in Primary and Secondary Education, allows students to experience the true reality of a teacher at school, putting into practice all the knowledge acquired so far, creating close relationships with the various stakeholders, continuing building their own identity as a future teacher of physical education, overcoming the adversities that the school has to offer and finally leaving their own mark during this journey. In order to make the formation even more complete, this report is made, where the student will try to report a little of his experience throughout the school year, present his expectations in relation to this new reality, support the content with the literature, approaching his reality to the existing bibliography and, finally, the research study, related to the motivation of students in the Physical Education subject. Regarding the school, it is part of the TEIP program - School Territory of Priority Intervention, it is located in the city of Porto, in a socially and economically disadvantaged area, a characteristic that made this journey even more challenging. From the beginning I realized that the first weeks would be very important to understand the type of students I would meet in the near future, an understanding that would open many doors for the success of both parties. During this process I tried to understand the various dynamics created at the school, the relationships within and with the community and, whenever possible, I took part in the various activities carried out throughout the year. Finally, the atmosphere in the school and the relationships with the various stakeholders were so significant that it made the process more special and at the same time familiar.
