| Abstract: | This document falls within the scope of the Professional Internship curricular unit, integrated in the 2nd cycle of studies of the Master of Physical Education in Basic and Secondary Education, of the Faculty of Sports of the University of Porto. The professional Internship is an integral part of teacher training, which aims to expose my evolution, growth and all the pedagogical experience as a trainee teacher of Physical Education, for the academic year 2021/2022. From now on, some impredictable moments will happen, which will challenge me to put in practice all the theory I learnt. This will contribute to my personal and professional growth. The professional internship, a supervised teaching practice that offers the intern student with an authentic experience in Physical Education teaching, took place at the Pêro Vaz de Caminha school, located in the district of Porto, belonging to the TEIP program - teaching of priority intervention. The fact that it is an economically and socially disadvantaged area encouraged me even more to work in institutions of this nature, being a challenge to help students achieve educational and personal success. The professional Internship during the course of a training nucleus, in turn made up of four trainee students accompanied throughout the process by a cooperative teacher at the school level and by a teacher from the faculty. This report follows a logical sequence, reflecting the experiences I have had throughout my teaching practice, and is structured in three main chapters. The first concerns a more personal chapter, where I try to explain the reasons that encouraged me to follow this path, beyond my expectations as a future teacher. Then, part of this work is dedicated to the legal and institutional framework of the respective professional practice, where I explore the interaction between the different actors (school, teachers and students), as well as discuss their characteristics. Finally, the third section concerns the realization of professional practice which, in turn, is divided into three areas: Area 1 (organization and management of teaching and learning); Area 2 (relationship with the school community); Area 3 (professional development). The latter focuses on my research study, which seeks to assess interpersonal relationships throughout the various years of schooling, namely 4th, 6th, 7th and 8th grades, based on the gender of the XXIV students under study, comparing the difficulties of individuals belonging same sex as well as opposite genders. Finally, this document reflects my journey through the professional internship and the way it contributed to my training process. KEYWORDS: |
| Description: | Este documento enquadra-se no âmbito da unidade curricular Estágio Profissional, inserida no 2º de ciclo de estudos do Mestrado de Ensino de Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário, da Faculdade de Desporto da Universidade do Porto. O estágio profissional é parte integrante da formação docente, que visa sobretudo expor a minha evolução, crescimento e toda a experiência pedagógica enquanto professor estagiário de Educação Física, ao longo do ano letivo 2021/2022. Daqui surgem momentos por vezes imprevisíveis, que me farão colocar em prática toda a teoria, contribuindo assim para o meu desenvolvimento enquanto pessoa e profissional. O estágio profissional, uma prática de ensino supervisionada que proporciona ao estudante estagiário uma experiência autêntica no ensino de Educação Física, decorreu na Escola Pêro Vaz de Caminha, situada no distrito do Porto, pertencendo ao programa TEIP - território educativo de intervenção prioritária. O facto de se tratar de uma zona económica e socialmente mais desfavorecida, suscitou ainda mais interesse da minha parte em trabalhar em instituições com este carácter, sendo um desafio ajudar os alunos a alcançar o sucesso educativo e pessoal. O estágio profissional incorporou um núcleo de estágio constituído por quatro estudantes estagiários, por sua vez acompanhados durante todo o processo por uma professora cooperante ao nível da escola e por um professor orientador proveniente da faculdade. O presente relatório segue uma sequência lógica, refletindo as experiências que vivenciei ao longo da minha prática pedagógica, encontrando-se estruturado em três capítulos principais. O primeiro diz respeito a um capítulo mais pessoal, onde procuro expor as razões que me incentivaram a seguir este caminho, para além das minhas expectativas enquanto futuro professor. Seguidamente, uma parte deste trabalho é dedicada ao enquadramento legal e institucional da respetiva prática profissional, onde exploro a interação entre os diferentes intervenientes (escola, professores e alunos), bem como discorro acerca das suas características. Por último, a terceira secção diz respeito à realização da prática profissional que, por sua vez, encontra-se divida em três áreas: Área 1 (organização e gestão do ensino e da aprendizagem); Área 2 (relacionamento com a comunidade escolar); Área 3 (desenvolvimento profissional). Esta última incide sobre o meu estudo de investigação, que procura avaliar o XXII relacionamento interpessoal ao longo dos vários anos de escolaridade, nomeadamente 4º, 6º, 7º e 8º anos, tendo por base o género dos alunos em estudo, comparando as dificuldades de indivíduos pertencentes ao mesmo sexo, bem como sexos opostos. Para finalizar, este documento reflete o meu percurso ao longo do estágio profissional e o modo como este contribuiu para o meu processo formativo. |
